Description:
UW series plastic extrusion laminating line using polypropylene (PP) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) as raw material, after hot melt extrudering film from the barrel, evenly coating at all kinds of substrates such as: woven bag, kraft paper, cloth surface laminating, under the action of laminating device, the substrate bonding strengthof plastic film and substrates ≥ 3N, it can be single or double-sided laminating at one time.
There are advanced electric meters, pneumatic clutch institutions and mechanisms from the substrate unwinding unit, laminating unit to rewinding unit, which is to achieve a single operating and the group control operation, to improve the degree of automation. Extruder with automatic temperature control, automatic feeding, variable speed control and long lasting Changer, double working position unwinding with adjustable brake to automatically adjust and control on the substrate surface tension. Combined cooling roll laminated using forced water cooling structure, through silicone roll and the pressure roll to laminate. Double working position rewinding unit and adjust edge trimming and waste edge collecting device, the clutch between the different units and the rolls is controled by electric. There are speed governors between different units, the different parts speed can adjustment singlely or at the same time.
